Wine Retail

Managed marketing, branding, website architecture & operations, and e-commerce systems (including CRM) for a multi-location wine & beer retailer. Developed digital assets, promotional materials, and online merchandising that supported both in-store sales and the company’s web presence.

Retail Operations System Design:

“Bagstuffers”

Built a reusable Adobe Acrobat form template to standardize tasting event promotions.

Designed editable fields for event title, tasting type, description, date/time, location, and ticket pricing while locking brand elements to ensure visual consistency. Event details auto-populate across both halves of the layout.

Store staff generate event-ready flyers in minutes without redesign or graphic software expertise. Formatted for efficient black-and-white laser printing. Two half-sheet flyers per page reduce paper waste.

After printing and trimming, inserts are added to retail customer bags for recurring in-store promotion and consistent brand reinforcement.

“4 ups”

Built a reusable Adobe Acrobat form system to standardize shelf talkers (“4-ups”) across in-store product mostly wine) displays.

Structured locked brand elements with editable product and pricing fields, ensuring consistency while enabling rapid updates by store staff.

Eliminated the need for ad hoc signage creation, reducing friction and maintaining uniform presentation across featured products.

Designed specifically for efficient black-and-white printing and quick in-store trimming workflows.

Final inserts are placed directly into shelf holders, reinforcing pricing clarity and consistent retail branding at the point of sale.
