Before I formally studied project management as a discipline, I was already using a classic visual workflow system with color-coded Post-it notes to organize work, priorities, and progress. I still love the simplicity and immediacy of a physical Post-it board, but digital tools make that same approach far more flexible, portable, and easy to adapt. This demo is a digital version of that system, built (designed and developed by me, with AI assistance for portions of the JavaScript functionality) around the same visual logic I was using long before I knew to call it Kanban.
